From first contact with you, all the way through to the completion of your renovation or extension, we will make sure you’re fully informed of what is going on, what we’re doing and how long we think it will take.

We want you to be as informed as possible so there are no nasty little surprises. We won’t start until you are happy with everything. We won’t ask you to sign anything until you’re ready to go.

We give a free quote, advice and fixed-price contracts. No sudden little surprises which could cost you ‘just a few thousand dollars more’.

We can work with your designers, or recommend one of our own who we work with and trust.

To take the stress away from you during this time, we take care of all the permits; we give you realistic time schedules, not crazy promises; we provide you with a 7 year Home Owners Warranty insurance, including all relevant insurances.

We clean up after ourselves during the build and ensure everything is clean and tidy on completion of our work!
